By selecting one of our website design packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms
All payments must be made upfront or according to the agreed payment schedule before work begins. For custom plans, a deposit may be required. -
Revisions
Each plan includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond what's included may incur extra charges. -
Turnaround Time
Project timelines vary depending on the chosen plan and the scope of work. Delays caused by late feedback, content delivery, or approvals from the client may extend the timeline. -
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required content (text, images, logos, etc.) – unless stock images are used – in a timely manner to avoid delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or late content. -
Ownership & Licensing
Once full payment is received, the final website design becomes your property. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. -
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of design work, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases and at our discretion. -
Support & Maintenance
Ongoing support or maintenance is not included unless specified in your plan. You may request additional support for an extra fee. -
Changes to Plans or Pricing
We reserve the right to update our pricing or modify any package features at any time without prior notice.
